"Significant hold-up with shipping"
There was a significant hold-up with shipping. I received misleading details about my item when I chatted with them on the phone. I inquired multiple times for a tracking number regarding my order, but I never got one.

"Thrilled with the Twist Press"
I'm really happy with the Twist Press. It's super easy to operate and a breeze to clean. It doesn't occupy much space in the kitchen and is convenient to bring along on trips, so I don't have to settle for instant coffee in the hotel room.

"Parts for Replacement!"
After we accidentally shattered the glass jar for our milk frother, I was thrilled to find out that we could purchase just the replacement piece. It showed up in just a few days, and we’re really happy with the service. I’d surely consider using this company again.

"You can really notice the quality"
I absolutely adore how the beans are roasted specifically for me (though I reckon there might be a few others in the mix) and sent out to me super quick. Honestly, I was skeptical about being able to taste any difference, but I totally can, and it’s definitely worth that slight extra cost. Plus, the communication is top-notch, making sure the service meets my needs.
